By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services

We provide residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services based on the package selected. All services are performed to professional industry standards.

Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Same-day or last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

• A 30% deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

• Other payment methods are not accepted unless approved in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Access to Property

 Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled and subject to fees.
