Refund Policy

At Swifty Breeze Cleaning, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with every visit. Because our services require reserved time, labor, and travel, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.

 
No Refunds After Service Completion

Once a cleaning service has been completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
By allowing our team to perform the cleaning, the client agrees the service has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Dissatisfaction reported after our cleaners have left the property
• Changes of mind after service completion
• Expectations not communicated before the appointment
• Issues related to normal wear, permanent stains, or damage existing prior to service

 
Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-Clean Policy)

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed during your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.

We will gladly return and correct the specific area at no additional cost.

Please note:
• The re-clean covers missed areas only
• We do not provide partial or full refunds in place of a re-clean
• The property must be in the same condition as when we left

 
Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits are used to reserve your appointment time and are non-refundable.

Cancellations made:
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment
• After cleaners are dispatched
• At arrival

will result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

 
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Cleaning is a labor-based service that cannot be returned once performed. Instead of refunds, we stand behind our work with our 24-hour re-clean guarantee to ensure the job meets our standards.
